Las Vegas may be known for its bright lights and nonstop energy, but Bellagio is offering visitors a reason to slow down this fall.
The resort’s latest installation at the Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens, “Casting Tranquility…Autumn Artistry,” transforms the iconic space into a nostalgic autumn retreat filled with woodland wildlife, towering pumpkins, tranquil waters and a cozy New England-inspired cabin.
Designed by Ed Libby and brought to life by Bellagio’s horticulture team, the seasonal display is an invitation to pause and reconnect with the quieter side of fall.
A Little Fall Escape in the Middle of Las Vegas
The installation is divided into four garden beds, each telling its own story through flowers, foliage and handcrafted sculptures.
In the West Bed, a young fisherman named Billy and his dog take in a golden autumn afternoon beside the water. Nearby, a Coastal New England-style cabin surrounded by amber, copper and gold foliage creates the ultimate cozy fall scene, complete with a crackling campfire and dragonflies overhead.
Inside that cabin is The Garden Table, an intimate dining experience overlooking the Conservatory. Guests can enjoy brunch from Sadelle’s for $135 per person or dinner from Michael Mina Bellagio for $210 per person. Reservations are required.
The North Bed leans into the beauty of nature with a sculpted mama bear and cub, a jumping bass and cascading waterfalls representing renewal. Heirloom pumpkins—some weighing hundreds of pounds—add a dramatic harvest-season moment.
Meanwhile, the East Bed takes a more tranquil approach with frogs, lily pads, lotus flowers, fountains and lush papyrus surrounding a peaceful pond.
The South Bed continues the woodland theme with graceful herons, a buck, cattails, amber wildflowers and a cascading stream.

The Numbers Behind the Magic
The scale of the installation is part of what makes it such a standout Vegas attraction. The display features 500,000 autumn-colored leaves, 37,800 flowers and plants, 8,300 pounds of manzanita and driftwood, and 7,500 capiz shells used to embellish the bass sculpture.
The largest pumpkin weighs in at 687 pounds, while 400 corn husks were used to create Billy’s shirt.
And because the Conservatory is designed to be experienced from every angle, there are plenty of details worth slowing down to find—from four tiny frogs to suspended autumn leaves and handcrafted woodland animals.
Make It a Fall Wellness Moment
While Las Vegas isn’t necessarily the first place that comes to mind for a peaceful fall escape, the Conservatory makes a compelling case for adding a little slow living to your Vegas itinerary.
Grab a coffee, wander through the installation without rushing, take in the changing colors, and spend a few quiet moments near the water features. It’s the kind of experience that gives you a break from the usual casino-floor energy without ever leaving the Strip.
For MGM Rewards members, Golden Hour at Bellagio’s Conservatory & Botanical Gardens offers another way to experience the space. Gold, Platinum and NOIR members can enjoy complimentary alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages during exclusive access on Oct. 16 and Dec. 18 from 4 to 6 p.m.
A Fall Display With a Sustainable Side
There’s also a sustainability story behind the beauty.
Water used throughout the Conservatory comes from on-site underground wells, rainwater and recycled resort water rather than municipal potable water. The water is continuously recycled throughout the exhibit and reused at the resort.
When each seasonal installation ends, plant material without viable life is collected by a local composting facility rather than sent to landfills, turning organic waste into compost products.
Plan Your Visit
The best part? You don’t need a reservation—or a ticket—to experience the Conservatory.
Bellagio’s Conservatory & Botanical Gardens is free and open to the public 24 hours a day, seven days a week. That makes “Casting Tranquility…Autumn Artistry” an easy addition to a fall Las Vegas itinerary, whether you’re planning a full weekend getaway or simply looking for a beautiful place to escape the Strip for an hour.
Because sometimes the best part of a Vegas vacation isn’t doing more—it’s finding a beautiful place to slow down.
